How much does shipping cost?

Can I request a delivery date?

Absolutely!  Chosen delivery dates are guaranteed if you qualify for local delivery (Invercargill area).  For the rest of the country our courier company will do their absolute best to have your parcel delivered on the specified date, as long as it meets minimum delivery time frames.  In addition, a note can be placed on the box advising the recipient the date they should open it.  If you would like this please include details in the 'Add a note to your order' box when you checkout.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the tracking number.  If you do not receive this please contact us here.

How do I include a personal message with my gift?

Type your message in the 'Add a note to your order' comments box when you check out.  It will be handwritten for you and presented with your gift.  If you forget to write your message you can email it to us here and we can include it as long as your order has not already been dispatched.

Can I buy a gift voucher?  

Absolutely.  You can purchase a gift voucher here.

I can't decide what to buy as a gift, can you help me?

Of course! Give us a call or send through an email describing the occasion / life event and the person you are wanting to buy for and we would love to help.

Can I customise a gift box?

Definitely.  Give us a call or email to discuss and we can easily organise this for you.

What if I receive an item is that is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us at sales@olgaandelle.co.nz in the unlikely event an item/parcel is damaged or faulty within 48 hours of receipt of the gift.  We will organise a replacement to be sent and will request the faulty item to be returned with its appropriate packaging.
